Featured Articles Antonio Musolino et al. report that a potent fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) inhibitor known as dovitinib demonstrated antitumor activity in pretreated patients with FGFR pathway-amplified breast cancer. Citing results from a large nested case-control study conducted through a national screening program, Merete Ellingjord-Dale et al. suggest that reproductive factors were associated with all molecular subtypes of breast cancer to some extent, with the strongest trends being found in luminal-like subtypes. Data presented by Huiyan Ma et al. indicate that breastfeeding may decrease the risk of triple-negative breast cancer, especially in young African-American women.
